Privacy Policy
Effective: August 25, 2026
Last updated: August 25, 2026
The short version
We ask for your name, email, phone, and what you need help with. We use it to reply to you and nothing else. Miles emails you back personally, usually the same day. We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not text you or use robocalls. Want it deleted? Email miles@quickflipdigital.com and it is gone.
The full policy is below.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
QuickFlip Digital LLC (“QuickFlip,” “we,” “us”) is a Connecticut limited liability company located in Wallingford, Connecticut. We provide web design, AI search content, and related digital visibility services to local businesses and real estate professionals.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what control you have over it.
It applies to quickflipdigital.com, realestate.quickflipdigital.com, any landing page we operate, and any form you submit to us through a third party platform, including lead forms served on Meta properties such as Facebook and Instagram.
Contact for all privacy matters: miles@quickflipdigital.com
Mailing address: 12 Harnish Lane, Wallingford, CT
2. Information you give us directly
When you complete a form, book a call, or email us, we collect what you choose to provide. That typically includes:
- Your name
- Your business or brokerage name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Website address
- Your role or title
- The services you are asking about
- Anything you type into an open message field
We ask for the minimum we need to respond to you and prepare for a conversation.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not ask for, want, or knowingly accept Social Security numbers, driver’s license or passport numbers, financial account or payment card numbers, health information, biometric or genetic information, precise geolocation, or information about race, ethnicity, religion, immigration status, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Please do not send any of this to us. If you send it anyway, we will delete it rather than store it.
3. Information we collect automatically
When you visit our sites, standard web technologies may collect:
- IP address and general region derived from it
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page, and the link or ad that sent you
- Approximate date and time of your visit
This information is collected in aggregate to understand traffic patterns. We do not use it to build a personal profile of you by name.
4. Information we receive from advertising platforms
If you submit a lead form on Meta, Meta collects your responses and passes them to us. What Meta itself collects, stores, and does with your data on its own platform is governed by Meta’s privacy policy, not this one. We receive only the fields shown on the form you completed.
We may also run advertising or measurement technology on our sites, including the Meta pixel and Google Analytics. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and may share limited event information with those platforms, such as the fact that a page was visited or a form was submitted. That sharing may qualify as “targeted advertising” or, under some state laws, a “sale” of personal information, even though no money changes hands.
Section 9 tells you how to turn that off.
5. Why we use your information
We use what you give us for these purposes and no others:
- To respond to your question or request
- To schedule and prepare for a meeting or call with you
- To deliver the services you hire us to perform
- To send you information you specifically asked for
- To keep basic business records, including invoices and correspondence
- To measure which ads and pages are working
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
6. How we contact you after you submit a form
If you submit a lead form or contact form, our initial outreach to you will be by email. We do this to confirm your request and, where relevant, to help you schedule a meeting.
We do not add you to a marketing list, newsletter, or drip sequence simply because you filled out a form. You are added to any ongoing marketing communication only if you separately and clearly opt in, and every such message includes a one click unsubscribe.
We do not send you automated text messages or use autodialers or prerecorded calls. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and obtain your express written consent first, as required by law.
7. Who we share your information with
We share personal information in four situations, and only four:
Service providers. We use outside vendors to run our business, including website hosting, email, calendar scheduling, form processing, customer relationship management, analytics, and AI assisted research and content tools. They may process your information only to perform services for us, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes.
Advertising and measurement platforms. As described in Section 4, limited event data may flow to platforms such as Meta and Google for the purpose of measuring and improving our advertising.
When the law requires it. We will disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
Business transfer. If QuickFlip is sold, merged, or transfers its assets, customer and prospect information may transfer as part of that transaction. If that happens, we will post notice on our website before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy, and you will have the opportunity to request deletion first.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not rent, trade, or license your contact information to data brokers, list sellers, or unrelated marketers.
8. Artificial intelligence
We use AI tools in the ordinary course of research and content production. In doing so, we may reference publicly available business information such as a company name or website address.
We do not input sensitive personal information into these tools. We do not use your personal information to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not provide your personal information to any third party for the purpose of training theirs.
No decision affecting you is made by automated processing or profiling. A person reads and responds to every inquiry we receive.
9. Cookies, analytics, and how to opt out
Our sites may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, traffic measurement, and advertising performance.
You can control this in several ways:
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking them may affect how parts of our site work.
- Platform controls. You can manage ad personalization directly in your Meta account settings and your Google account settings.
- Ask us. Email miles@quickflipdigital.com and we will process the opt out for you.
10. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy.
- Inquiries that do not become client engagements are kept in our business records and correspondence while they remain relevant to our business.
- Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally at least seven years.
- Website analytics are kept in aggregate according to the settings of the analytics platform we use.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, apart from any records we are legally required to keep. See Section 12.
11. How we protect your information
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections on our websites, access controls and strong authentication on the accounts that hold your data, and vendors selected for their security practices. Access is limited to people who need it to do the work.
No method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by Connecticut law.
12. Your rights
Connecticut residents have rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and residents of other states have comparable rights under their own laws. We extend the following rights to every person who contacts us, regardless of where you live.
You have the right to:
- Know whether we hold personal information about you, and to see it
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold
- Delete the personal information we hold about you
- Obtain a copy of the information you provided, in a portable format
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of any sharing that qualifies as a sale of personal data
- Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you service, charge you differently, or provide a lesser level of service because you made a request.
13. How to make a request
Email miles@quickflipdigital.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you want us to do.
We will verify your identity, usually by confirming that the request comes from the email address or phone number in our records. If we cannot reasonably verify you, we will tell you why rather than acting on the request.
We will respond within 45 days. If the request is complex, we may extend once by an additional 45 days and will tell you the reason before the first period ends. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
14. If we deny your request
If we refuse to act on your request, we will tell you why in writing, and you may appeal that decision by replying to our response or emailing miles@quickflipdigital.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
We will decide your appeal and write back to you within 60 days, explaining the action we took and our reasoning.
If we deny your appeal, you may file a complaint with the Connecticut Attorney General, who has exclusive authority to enforce the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. The complaint form is available through the Office of the Attorney General at portal.ct.gov/ag.
15. Children
Our services are directed to business owners and licensed professionals. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not use the personal data of a known minor for targeted advertising or provide it for sale under any circumstances.
If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email miles@quickflipdigital.com and we will delete it promptly.
16. Links to other websites
Our sites and materials may link to third party websites, including client sites, scheduling tools, and social platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information.
17. Visitors outside Connecticut
We operate from the United States and store information here. If you contact us from outside the United States, understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top.
If we make a material change that would apply to personal information we already collected from you, we will notify you by email before that change takes effect, and give you a reasonable opportunity to withdraw your consent or request deletion. Continued use of our sites after a non material update means you accept the revised policy.
19. Contact
We answer privacy questions from anyone, whether or not you are a client.
