Hi, I'm Miles.
I've spent the last 20+ years in sales and marketing leadership — driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and figuring out what actually makes customers say yes. I've grown top-line revenue 25%+ at companies you've probably bought from.
QuickFlip Digital is what happens when a sales leader builds websites. I don't care about award-winning animations. I care about the form fill, the phone call, the booked meeting. Every pixel on the sites I ship has a job.
I keep the practice small on purpose: one founder, one offer, one tight timeline. You talk to me, not an account manager. Your site launches in 10 days because I'm not juggling thirty other clients.

I spent the last two decades inside sales and marketing organizations of every shape — from family-run manufacturers to national B2C brands — and the through-line has always been the same: figure out what the customer actually wants, build the system that delivers it, and grow the number on the bottom line. That habit is what shows up in every QuickFlip Digital project today.
Leading sales for a national consumer brand, I delivered two of the strongest years in the company's history — better than 25% year-over-year growth, a 35%+ lift in B2C revenue from sharper, more personalized campaigns, and a 33% jump in market penetration in a single twelve-month stretch. None of it came from a clever ad. It came from getting honest about who we were talking to and what they needed to hear.
Earlier in my career, running sales for a legacy manufacturer, I beat forecasts by 5 to 10 percent every single year, cut excess inventory in half through well-timed clearance campaigns, and quarterbacked the sales integration after a major acquisition. Messy situations, clean numbers — that's the work I enjoy most.
More recently I directed a national independent rep network of 25 agencies across the country for a construction products manufacturer. We rebuilt the pricing strategy from the ground up and delivered the highest gross margin year in company history — proof that smart positioning beats discounting every single time. In a follow-on role with a Hartford-based growth advisory, I drove a 25% revenue increase in just six months and built a sales team that lifted lead generation another 15% on top of that.
Today I also run AnnaJack's Business Consulting, a solo practice that helps manufacturers in the $2M–$50M range install the sales processes, CRM systems, and customer acquisition playbooks they never had time to put in place. That same operational thinking — what's the goal, who's the buyer, what's the next step we want them to take — is wired into every QuickFlip Digital website I ship.
I hold a B.S. in Business Management from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, and I've been in and around Connecticut small business my entire career. When I build a site for a local shop, contractor, or service business, I'm not guessing what'll work — I've already done it for companies ten times their size.
