What is QuickFlip Digital?
QuickFlip Digital is a small-business website agency that builds and redesigns modern, fast, SEO-ready websites across three tiers, launched in 10 business days. We focus exclusively on websites and AI visibility so we can ship them faster and better than full-service agencies.
- Services
What is included in a QuickFlip Digital website build?
Every tier includes a custom-designed site, a mobile-first responsive layout, on-page SEO with sitemap and structured data, a lead capture form wired to your inbox, HTTPS and security headers, Google Analytics and Search Console setup, and a launch-day walkthrough. Page counts, content depth, and AI visibility work scale with the tier. See the pricing page for what is included at each level.
- Services
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or hosting?
Yes. We offer optional managed hosting that covers updates, backups, security monitoring, and uptime so you never have to think about your site after launch. You can see current hosting details on the pricing page or ask Miles for a recommendation tied to your traffic.
- Services
Do you work with real estate agents and brokers?
Yes. Real estate is one of the two main audiences QuickFlip Digital serves alongside local business owners. Same tiered website pricing, same month to month Visibility Plan. The difference is content angle: neighborhood pages, listing pipelines, and answer engine content aimed at buyers and sellers searching your market.
- Pricing
How much does a small business website cost?
A professional small business website typically costs $1,500 to $5,000 as a one time build, or $150 to $500 a month through a website as a service plan. DIY builders look cheaper at $12 to $40 a month, but hidden costs like hosting, plugins, security, and your time add up fast. See our full guide for a one time vs monthly comparison.
- Pricing
How much does a QuickFlip Digital website cost?
QuickFlip Digital websites start at zero money down, just $150 a month to get started, no upfront cost required. If you'd rather pay it off faster, upfront pricing is also available. Starter is $2,000 upfront or $150 a month. Growth is $3,000 upfront or $250 a month. Authority is $4,200 upfront or $350 a month. There are no hidden setup fees or surprise invoices, just pick the plan that fits and get started.
- Pricing
Why is your pricing flat instead of hourly?
Flat, tier-based pricing keeps the project predictable for you and focused for us. You know the total cost on day one, and we are paid for the outcome, a launched, working website, not for dragging out hours. It is the same reason we cap delivery at 10 business days.
- Pricing
Are there any recurring costs after launch?
The build itself is either paid in full up front or financed over 12 months, then $50 a month hosting starting in month 13, month to month, cancel anytime. Other recurring costs only apply if you choose ongoing content or AI visibility work. Domain registration is also recurring and billed directly by your registrar, typically $10-$20 a year.
- Process
How does the 10-day website process work?
After checkout we kick off with a short discovery call, then design and build your site in parallel sprints over 10 days. You review one structured round of revisions, we apply final polish, and your site goes live on day 10. You get a launch-day walkthrough so you know how to update content yourself.
- Process
How many rounds of revisions do I get?
You get one structured revision round on the design and one on the built site. Bundling feedback into focused rounds is how we hit the 10-day launch, and in practice it is more than enough because we start from a brief that is already aligned with your brand.
- Process
What do you need from me to get started?
We need your logo, brand colors if you have them, a short description of your services, any existing copy or testimonials, and access to your domain registrar. If you do not have some of these, we will help you create or source them during kickoff.

Will my site rank on Google?
Every QuickFlip site ships with the technical SEO foundation Google rewards: clean semantic HTML, fast Core Web Vitals, a sitemap, structured data, and proper meta tags. Ranking also depends on your industry and the depth of your content, which is why our Growth and Authority tiers include more pages and more topical depth from day one.

How fast will my website load?
We target a Google PageSpeed score of 100 on every build. Sites are built on a modern, lightweight stack with no bloated page builders, optimized images, and edge delivery, so your homepage typically loads in under a second on a normal connection.

Will my site work on mobile?
Yes. Every build is mobile-first, meaning we design for phones before scaling up to tablets and desktops. Your site will look and function correctly on everything from an older Android in a parking lot to a 4K monitor.

Who is QuickFlip Digital for?
We are built for small-business owners, contractors, and service providers who need a credible website that brings in leads without hiring an agency or learning Webflow. If you want a professional site in 10 days for a price you can predict, you are who we built this for.
- Getting Started
How do I get started with a website build?
Head to the pricing page, pick the tier that fits, and check out (either paid in full or financed at $150, $250, or $350 a month for 12 months). You will get a kickoff email from Miles within one business day, and your 10 business day launch clock starts from there.
- Getting Started
What happens if I'm not happy with the final website?
We do not call a site done until you sign off on it. Your structured revision rounds are where we resolve anything that is not landing, and Miles works with you directly to make sure the final result is something you are proud to send to customers.

How do I build a portfolio website that brings in clients?
A portfolio site that gets you hired has three things: a headline that names who you help, five to eight real projects with the outcome you got, and a simple way to reach you. Most portfolios fail because they show pretty work without context or a clear next step.
- Portfolio Websites
How long does it take to build a portfolio website?
A weekend if your projects and writing are ready. About a week if you are writing project descriptions from scratch. The writing is what takes the time, not the design.
- Portfolio Websites
How many projects should I include on my portfolio?
Five to eight strong projects. A shorter portfolio always beats a longer one. Visitors will not scroll through thirty case studies, so pick your best recent work and cut the rest.
- Portfolio Websites
Can I build a portfolio website for free?
Yes, using tools like Behance, Adobe Portfolio, Notion, or Carrd. The tradeoff is a shared subdomain, a template look, and weaker search visibility. For getting hired, a paid domain and simple builder is worth the small monthly cost.
- Portfolio Websites
How much does a professional portfolio website cost?
About $12 a year for a domain and $12 to $16 a month for a builder like Framer, Squarespace, or Webflow. One paid client project usually covers years of that cost.
